The Henley Brook beer venue review

The Henley Brook, or ‘The Hen’ as it’s affectionately known by locals, is the perfect spot for families and groups of friends to spend their weekend listening to live music in the beautiful WA sun. The large venue is located in Henley Brook, part of the hugely popular Swan Valley region, and features a solid lineup of craft beers from local and international breweries.

The venue and location

Henley Brook is located in the Swan Valley Region in WA’s north. It is well-known for the abundance of wineries, breweries and distilleries with a vast majority of these venues located on West Swan Road. The Henley Brook adds to the lineup of spectacular venues with a homely and welcoming vibe as soon as you arrive.

The Venue is set on a huge block of land and allows ample space for visitors to spread out and enjoy the area. There is a seated dining section inside for those looking to escape the cold, as well as an outdoor alfresco area with shade sails and large umbrellas for visitors seeking some winter sun.

Outside you’ll also find a large marquee with additional benches, tables and chairs allowing the venue to hold a substantial number of guests. Next to the marquee, The Henley Brook team invite musicians and live acts to perform which gives a great ambience and welcoming atmosphere to the outdoor area.

While visiting, we noticed the majority of people outside were enjoying a sit on the grass listening to the music as the weekend swept away – there’s no better way to spend the weekend.

The Henley Brook are well known by locals for having some of the best food around, featuring all the classic pub favourites as well as some sharable meals such as authentic wood-fired pizza. We recommend visiting with a group of friends and grabbing a few pizzas and sharing meals to enjoy.
