Bright Tank Brewing Co brewery review

Bright Tan Brewing bar and brewery setup in East Perth, WA.

Take a turn at East Parade just off Graham Farmer Freeway in East Perth and you’ll be presented with a unique urban microbrewery, bar and restaurant.

Bright Tank Brewing Co houses the full brewery setup, bar with freshly pouring craft beer and kitchen with dining area. The brewery is designed and styled with heaps of colour with unique urban graffiti vibes.

Brewed on-premises

Bright Tank Brewing Co beer paddle.

Right next to the main bar and dining area is the full microbrewery setup on display where the brewers get to work pouring some of the best craft beer in Perth.

All beers can be enjoyed in multiple sizes including your selection to fill a paddle of four beers. We recommend starting with the paddle before enjoying fresh pints of your favourite.

Some of our favourites include:

  • Chalkface Killah – A fruity 6.4% Hazy IPA (this one is a must-have!)
  • Lil’ Red Smeg Head IPA – A sessionable Red IPA coming in at 3.8%
  • Big Red Smeg Head IIPA – A more heavy-hitting 7.8% IIPA.

Food available at Bright Tank

Dining area at Bright Tank East Perth.

Before heading to Bright Tank, we had a look at the menu online to gauge what’s available. While the food menu isn’t extensive, our group of eight all found something we’d enjoy.

And we all loved our meals.

If you’re heading along for lunch over the weekend, we recommend grabbing a paddle showcasing four of their best beers (your choice) and a steak or chicken sandwich.

Don’t forget some takeaway beers

Bright Tank Brewing Co also have their beer range available in cans to take home with you. You can purchase the beers in singles, four-packs or by the cube. After you’ve had a beer paddle, or two, be sure to purchase a few of your favourites on the way out.
